Prior to the NBA trade deadline in 2024, what trade priorities do the Boston Celtics have? In the past, well-informed conjecture has included players like San Antonio Spurs forward Cedi Osman or Chicago Bulls big man Andre Drummond, while credible trade rumours have linked the Celtics to Memphis Grizzlies wing John Konchar.

More recently, Boston President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens revealed that the Celtics are free to add players using whatever methods they choose as long as they adhere to the new CBA restrictions placed on them by becoming a second-tier team. This reduces the number of possible targets, but fortunately the Celtics don’t have many obvious deficiencies; instead, Stevens believes that the team’s lack of consistent bench depth might be fixed from within.
