When Big 3 Co-Founder Ice Cube was asked to respond to an interview between Brian Scalabrine and Frank Isola of The Athletic earlier today, Carmelo Anthony’s name came up. When Scalabrine said, “If Joe Johnson hadn’t played for the Big 3, he wouldn’t be in the conversation.” Carmelo Anthony has to understand that, I hope. “Playing in these fake pickup games and hanging out with his trainer is not better than playing in the Big 3,” Jim questioned Ice about his take on Scalabrine’s statement.
