{WATCH VIDEO} Nunez Awesome Goal Liverpool 1-0 Crystal Palace

After Alisson Becker resumed training, Jurgen Klopp alluded to a significant benefit for Liverpool when they travel to Crystal Palace this coming weekend.

Due to a muscle ailment, the Brazilian goalie has missed the previous three games. However, on Thursday, prior to the trip to Selhurst Park, he returned to the team.

On Friday, manager Klopp remarked, “Alisson looks good.”

“I don’t know if good enough for tomorrow, I’ll have to check that with the medical department and with Ali.”

Due to a major knee injury, Joel Matip is not playing for Liverpool and may not be available for the remainder of the campaign.

After suffering an injury to his ankle during the victory over Sheffield United, Alexis Mac Allister also appears certain to miss the Palace match.

“Mac Allister doesn’t look good, so we’ll have to see day by day,” Klopp said.

“After the game, they were very optimistic that it wasn’t that serious, but at this time of year, if you miss five days, you basically miss 12 games. Thus, we will have to wait and see how he manifests himself today.

“I’m not sure whether he’ll be ready for tomorrow, but I don’t know what will happen after that. Touch and go is the situation.”

If Mac Allister is sidelined, Wataru Endo might be able to hold onto the bottom spot in Liverpool’s midfield, with Ryan Gravenberch, Curtis Jones, and Harvey Elliott vying for the Argentine’s space.

Darwin Nunez might make a comeback to spearhead the assault, and Kostas Tsimikas might start at left back.
